July is Disability Pride Month
Join us!
Loves,
Walls are built around the "normal," brick by predictable brick. But my reality hums with a different rhythm, without walls. My vision is a kaleidoscope where "shoulds" shatter. I stand here, a testament to the raw power that ignites when the world doesn't fit.
My disabilities are not shackles, but paintbrushes dipped in the fire of resilience. They paint a world alive with challenge, where every conquered step is a defiant roar. They force me, and those I guide, to become architects of rebellion, to smash the narrow doorways and build bridges that arch towards the impossible.
Leadership, for me, isn't about following a dusty, outdated map. It's about hacking a trail through the wild unknown, a path paved with the grit and glory of the unseen. It's about teaching not with tired scripts, but with the feral joy of defying expectations. It's about creating art that isn't a reflection, but a revolution. Art that explodes limitations and reveals the heart-stopping spectrum of human potential.
This Disability Pride Month, I raise a fist not just for myself, but for the vibrant riot of my diff-abled community. We are the artists who paint with particles and waves, the dancers who move the world with the raw language of our anti-bodies, the leaders who dismantle barriers not with force, but with the unwavering fire of our minds and spirits!
We are the living proof of humanity's ability to rise, to adapt, to conquer. We are a battle cry, a reminder that true inclusion ignites only when we build a world that celebrates the untamed symphony of every single voice, a world where perceived limitations become the launchpads for the most breathtaking creations.
Join me, this month and forever, in celebrating the uncageable potential that lives within us all. Let's rewrite the story, not just for ourselves, but for the generations to come. Let our anthem be one of untamed brilliance, a melody that vibrates with the power of the human spirit - limitations be damned.
